Utah Diamond Wire Sawing
Diamond wire sawing for massive, complex, or deeply reinforced concrete structures where conventional saws cannot reach. Unlimited cut depth, any shape or angle — the most versatile concrete cutting method available.
Wire sawing uses a continuous loop of diamond-embedded cable driven by a hydraulic or electric motor to cut through concrete and reinforced masonry. Unlike blade-based methods, wire sawing has no practical depth limitation — the wire wraps around the workpiece and cuts from any direction. It's the preferred method for large bridge sections, dam structures, massive foundation walls, equipment pads, and underwater concrete removal.
Wire sawing can cut structures of any thickness — from 18″ walls to multi-foot bridge girders.
Cut curves, complex profiles, and sections that are impossible with flat or wall saws.
Cuts through heavily rebar-reinforced and post-tensioned concrete without difficulty.
Minimal vibration and noise compared to mechanical breaking or blasting methods.
